From the kitchen of Shayna Allen
- 6 cups water
- Caribou bones/meat
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 whole onion (cut in half ), roast at 400 degrees for 15 mins
- Spices (fry on medium heat on a stovetop for 2 mins)
- 2 T fennel
- 2 T coriander
- 1 T black peppercorns
- 1 T cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Boil on low for six hours. For the last hour, turn to medium (add green onions). Strain broth.

- Green onion
- Jalapeno
- Red Onion
- Thinly sliced Caribou (add broth over the caribou; it will cook the meat)
