Canadian North’s cargo team members worked extra long hours at the end of October, November and into December 2021 to assist partner Cargojet during the state of emergency in Iqaluit to ship water up North from Ottawa. Twenty-seven extra cargo flights were added to deliver more than two million pounds (over 907,000 kilograms) of bottled water to the capital of Nunavut using wide body freighters such as 767s, A330s, and 787s, besides the usual core flights and freighters.

A huge thank you for their efforts.
