FOR THE LOAF: 

1 cup fresh cranberries 

1 tbsp lemon zest, from about 1 lemon 

1/2 cup granulated sugar, 

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 

2 1/2 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp salt 

2 large eggs 

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled 

1 cup milk 

1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 

FOR THE GLAZE: 

1 cup powdered sugar 

2 tbsp lemon juice, from about 1 lemon 

COOK TIME: 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
